Comfort Inn Indianapolis South

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I still remember the staff helping me find my lost necklace on my first stay. Highly recommended!

Staff was nice and accommodations were comfortable.

The price was right and the continental breakfast was better than most.

The TV remote would not allow the TV channels to change or power on/off the TV (I was able to use the TV however). The toilet tank kept refilling every 2 minutes.

The room was great customer service was great.

When tthe covers were pulled back found crumbs from food in it

The light in the bathroom was finicky, sometimes it wouldn't turn on and we had to leave the door open for light. The air conditioner was leaking, and when we informed the hotel staff, they said someone was sent to fix it, but when we got back to our room there was still a huge puddle of water on the floor underneath the AC unit. The bed rails had metal parts sticking out on the sides that were covered only with plastic cups hidden underneath the bed skirts and my fiance tripped over one, while my mom stubbed her toe on another one. The hallway to the rooms also felt like an icebox, it was kept so cold in there I felt llike I needed a sweater just to walk to my room at the end of the hall. It took forever to locate the only ice machine which was on the first floor somewhere and we were on the third. Overall, we weren't incredibly pleased with the hotel upkeep, but it was in a decent location.

I was impressed by the warm, cute atmosphere of Comfort Inn South. The lobby was bright and cheerful.

More accessible seating in dining area would help.

I stayed in the room that was not renovated but very clean and available with the bathroom and jacuzzi, for example. Location: the hotel was really close to the highway, restaurants, airport, and downtown Indianapolis and several attractions.

The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. She was extremely friendly and very professional. The continental breakfast was delicious.

It would have been nice to have a free shuttle to events in town,

The room felt cozy and comfortable, perfect after a long road trip. The friendly staff enhanced my experience. The noise from traffic was a bit distracting at night. A good taste of Americana!

The hotel rooms are recently refurbished and updated with jacuzzi, the bathroom.

I booked a king size bed and I got a full size bed I didn't like that at all And I went through booking. Com they asked you for any special requests i put in a walk in shower .You don't even have a walk in shower

The hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to major roads. The breakfast area stays well-stocked, although a few more selections would really enhance the experience.

I ran into a few issues , like noisy rooms due to traffic outside, made sleeping a bit challenging. The furniture in the room seemed quite worn, with outdated curtains and rough patches on the ceiling. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, leading to some stuffiness and difficulty sleeping. I noticed a lack of attention to detail in housekeeping, as certain areas felt musty, and the overall décor could use an upgrade.
